D’Alfonso-Curran Wines is the collaboration between winemakers Bruno D'Alfonso and Kris Curran. Both winemakers are known for producing some of Santa Barbara County’s most highly acclaimed wines. Together, they have a combined total of nearly 50 years’ winemaking experience. Both dual degreed, they unite science with the craft of winemaking. The result is a collection of exceptional wines grown on the mesas and in the valleys of the Santa Rita Hills and Santa Ynez Valley AVAs.
D’Alfonso-Curran – Vineyard designated Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. These wines are selected barrels that undergo extended barrel and bottle age prior to release.
BADGE – Vineyard blended Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from the Sta. Rita Hills and other select vineyards in Santa Barbara County.
Curran – Focusing predominately on Spanish varietals, including the trilogy of Grenaches, this label also produces Syrah and Gewürztraminer.
Di Bruno – Strictly an Italian varietal portfolio, producing Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio and Nebbiolo, with grapes sourced from the Santa Rita Hills & Santa Ynez Valley AVAs. |
