Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process a reservation we need your name, home or other physical address, including street name and name of city or town, email address, telephone number and at times a credit card number when required. We understand the sensitivity of this information and maintain our files on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access. In addition to obtaining personal information, we may collect tracking information for statistical purposes that is disclosed to third parties. This aggregate information is for statistical purposes only. It is for understanding consumer trends and does not contain any personal information about you.
In the event you wish to change any of your personal information or reservation, please log into your CellarPass account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage located at www.cellarpass.com.
We comply with the Federal laws in sending offer driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or unsubscribe by logging into your CellarPass account and update your email preferences. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our database.
All reservations must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required upon arrival. Any person visibly intoxicated person will not be allowed to attend any event and is subject to cancellation fees outlined in the destination's cancellation policy. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to attend an event until identification is produced.
Note: If a credit card was charged for a reservation, you must contact the winery or event producer directly to resolve any payments, charges or credits. Please do not contact CellarPass for a refund request as we cannot assist you.
If you need to inquire about your reservation, we recommend that you log into your CellarPass account by clicking the “My Account” link located at the top of our website. In this section, you can confirm your reservation details or you can contact the destination directly as outlined in your confirmation email. You may also view our mobile site or download our iOS app.
CellarPass cannot assist you with rectifying issues with your reservations.
By placing a reservation with CellarPass you are agreeing to the follow the winery or destination's own Cancellation Policy which is available on their website. If one is not immediately available, it is your responsibility to request one from the winery or destination before placing a reservation.
This cancellation policy is applicable for each individual activity, event or tour within a confirmation and are subject to change without notice. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time.
Our destinations are very busy and by making a reservation through CellarPass, you are not only letting them know you are coming, but many of them make special preparations for those who take the time to make an appointment. So it's equally important to cancel or reschedule if you cannot honor your committment as it is to make one. Since it is just as easy to reschedule or cancel as it was to make the reservation, we ask that you take the time to let them know in case your trip or schedule may change.
You may reschedule and cancel your reservation(s) online by logging into your My Account, select the Reservations tab and either click "Cancel" or "Modify" buttons. If any of the buttons are missing, your reservation will need to be cancelled by calling the winery or destination directly.
"Modify" will allow you to change your reservation if you fall within the reservation's cancellation policy. "Cancel" will allow you to complete cancelation of your reservation.
We're sorry, but CellarPass cannot assist you with rescheduling or cancellations, so if you do have additional questions or needs, please contact the winery directly. The best contact information is available on our website an in the email confirmation that you received when making the reservation.
