The Small Producers ClubThese may be small, family-run wineries, but they are big on taste. We like them because their focus is quality and this shows in every bottle they produce.
Fox Run Vineyards Where During our last visit, we especially liked the full winery tour. Be ready to hike a bit up to the cellar, but be ready for an amazing view of Seneca Lake while sampling some great wines. Recommend making reservations at 10am
Lucas Vineyards Few While Lucas Vineyards is not located around Seneca Lake, we find it worth the short drive over Cayuga Lake to help the celebrate over 30 years of producing Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Reislings. Recommend making reservations at 2pm
Veraisons By far one of our favorite local hotspots on the west side of the lake that we'd like to keep for ourselves as the food is incredible and the view at sunset is the perfect place for a romantic meal. Recommend making reservations after 6pm

A "View to Die For" TourThe title says it all. These wineries offer the best views of Seneca Lake while pouring wines from their esteemed collections. We recommend making reservations as these are typically the wineries that book up first.
Glenora Wine Cellars Noted as the first winery on Seneca Lake, Glenora offers one of the best panoramic views of the lake while offering a healthy list of wines to sample from in the tasting room. Recommend making reservations at 11am
Fox Run Vineyards We really enjoyed our tour and tasting of Fox Run's portfolio of wines, but be sure to bring your hiking boots or comfortable shoes as it's a bit of a hill to climb up to the winery from the tasting room- which is worth every step. Crampons not required! Recommend making reservations at 1pm
Fox Run Cafe After a morning of tasting wines from Glenora and Fox Run, we recommend hanging out at Fox Run a bit longer as they provide a bounty of cafe selections including salads, sandwiches and more. For the adventurous, take it to go and spot a location for a picnic Reservations are not required
Geneve Shopping After sampling some delicious wines, why not take a stroll around the historic town of Geneva, which is filled with local shops, eateries and more.
Ventosa Vineyards The friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff members, and breathtaking views of Seneca Lake provide an experience you will be sure to enjoy and remember. If you make it earlier in the day, you can sample some nibbles from their expansive onsite cafe. We couldn't leave the veranda on our last visit! Recommend making reservations at 4pm

Lap Around the Lake and MoreBy far the best way to see Seneca Lake it to take a cruise around it, soaking in its natural beautypeppered by a couple of tastings at some of our selected wineries along the way.
Fox Run Vineyards We really enjoyed our tour and tasting of Fox Run's portfolio of wines, but be sure to bring your hiking boots or comfortable shoes as it's a bit of a hill to climb up to the winery from the tasting room- which is worth every step. Crampons not required!Recommend making reservations at 11am
Three Brothers Winery & Estate Words cannot describe what awaits you at Three Brothers other than "one size fits all". Four separate "themed" tasting rooms will greet just about everyone in your party- especially the ladies! If you have time, head around the East side of Seneca Lake for a great drive around the lake. Recommend making reservations at 1pm
Watkins Glen Racetrack Where legends have raced for decades, The Glen is not only a great place to check out NASCAR, Indy and other regional races, but it's also where the Finger Lakes Wine Festival is held on July 15th-17th. Be sure to check out the racetrack's memorabilia and merchandise on display at The Shop which is conveniently located right next door to the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel.
Glenora Wine Cellars We want you to end up at Glenora for two reasons; one being that if you have any energy left we want you to sample their wines, but if you can't muster the strength to carry on, we highly recommend their restaurant, Veraisons, which is our last stop on this jaunt. Recommend making reservations at 4pm
Veraisons By far one of our favorite local hotspots on the west side of the lake that we'd like to keep for ourselves as the food is incredible and the view at sunset is the perfect place for a romantic meal. Recommend making reservations after 6pm
