The White Silo Farm & Winery offers fresh picked asparagus grown at the White Silo Farm is prepared in a variety of recipes in the new commercial kitchen. In addition to the Asparagus, Rhubarb and Raspberry festivals the kitchen will be used to produce a variety of commercial products, all using farm grown products. Quince and Black Currant fruit mustards will the first products sold at local farmer markets and local stores as well as on the farm. Delicious Rhubarb Conserve and Black Currant jam is now available for sale at the White Silo Farm. Cooking classes, private events and hands on wine making classes are to be held within the coming months. In addition to the commercial kitchen the White Silo Winery has also just planted 1 acre of grape vines. The “blue vine shelters” and trellis posts are visible from the road. | We are a pick your own raspberry and blackberry farm late July thru October. Entire winery is in 1800’s converted dairy barn and we have recently planted one acre of new vineyards to Marquette, Frontenac and Cayuga grape varietals. A full calendar of events and art shows is available on our website, and White Silo Farm & Winery offers wine tastings and vineyard strolls Fri-Sun 11-6, holidays and by special appointment. We are proud members of the Connecticut Wine Trail!
