Thank you for using CellarPass. We hope that you find the service easy-to-use and convenient to make reservations for your upcoming wine country visit, tasting or special event.
QUESTIONS OR ISSUES WITH RESERVATIONS: If you have any questions regarding an upcoming event or would like know more about your destination, please contact the tasting room or winery directly. Their contact information is available on their member profile page as well as links to their website for more detailed information. We're sorry, but CellarPass cannot provide assistance with reservations as each destination manages theri own information.
CONTACTING WINERIES/ TASTING ROOMS: The contact information should be located on your confirmation email that you received shortly after placing the reservations, or simply use our search tool to locate the winery's profile page. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING RESERVATIONS: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you have two options: 1. Online- Log into your CellarPass accound you may reschedule or cancel. If you do not have your confirmation number, log into your My Account page to review current and past reservations. 2. Phone/Email Contact the destination directly, either by using the phone number in your confirmation letter or via the destination's website.
NO-SHOWS & FAILURE TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS: When making a reservation within our network, you are telling the destination that you are coming. Some events require special planning and preparation and just as you made your reservation, the destination would greatly appreciate being notified should your plans change. It is the destination's responsibility to mark your reservation as a no-show shuold you fail to arrive at the date and time of your reservation.

Please note that CellarPass reserves the right to cancel your account after you have accumulated 4 no-shows in a 12-month period. Each destination establishes and maintains their own individual Cancellation Policy.
