How do I view, change or cancel my reservation?
Modifying an Existing Reservation

Use this option when you either need to change the date, time or number of guests.
|

1. Please
log
into your CellarPass account with your email address and password.
|
|
|
2. After successul login, click on the Reservations tab. Doing so will display all your upcoming and past reservation history.
|
|
|
3. Click the "Modify" button located to the right of the reservation.
Please note that if this button is not displayed, you will need to contact the destination directly with the information provided in your confirmation letter. If you do not have that information, locate the member's page on our website for contact information.

4. Your current reservation's date and time will be shown in the top section. In the bottom section, availability for the next 7 days will be shown.
To select another date, use the calendar picker tool to select another date or simply enter a date in the field such as 12/29/13 and click the GO button.

5. Available events will then be shown based on the date you selected in Step 4.
|
|
6. Once you've identified your new date and time, click the button for the time such as 4:00PM.
|
|
7. You will be asked to confirm that you would like to change your reservation. Click OK.
|
|
8. Your reservation will be updated and a confirmation screen will be shown. Please note that your confirmation number will not change as it will use your original confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation via email for your records.

Canceling a Reservation

Use this option when you are unsure that you can make it to your appointment.

1. Please

into your CellarPass account with your email address and password.
|
|
2. After successul login, click on the Reservations tab. Doing so will display all your upcoming and past reservation history.

3. Click the "Cancel" button to the right of the upcoming reservation.
Please note that if this button is not displayed, you will need to contact the destination directly with the information provided in your confirmation letter. If you do not have that information, locate the member's page on our website for contact information.

4. You will be asked to confirm that you would like to Cancel your reservation. Click OK.
|
|
5. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled and confirmation screen will be shown. You will also receive a confirmation via email for your records.

What happens if I don't show for my reservation?
We all know things come up and plans may change, but many of our destinations have limited space and when making a reservation, your destination may also reqyuire preparation for your arrival. It is your responsibility to either change or cancel your reservation the moment your plans change and you will not be able to make it. CellarPass makes it very easy for you to reschedule or cancel your reservation online, but you may also call the destination directly by using the contact information that was provided in your confirmation email.
By not canceling or rescheduling, the destination will mark you as a "No Show". CellarPass will automatically send you an email reminding you of your missed reservation. If your account is marked with 4 no-show reservations in a 12-month period, your account will be automatically deactivated.
Please note that if you made multiple reservations for different destinations and you will not be able to attend those either, you must cancel those separately as canceling one destination in an itinerary will not cancel all the others.
Are there reservation cancellation fees?
CellarPass does not charge any cancellation fees, but the destination you reserved with may charge a fee based on their own individual cancellation policies.
CellarPass cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of our member's cancellation policy information as those are managed directly by each individual destination. We recommend that if you ever have any further questions or concerns regarding your reservation that you contact the destination directly with the information provided in your confirmation letter.
Do I have to book my reservation through your website?
There are many different ways you can make reservations with our featured destinations. The most popular being through CellarPass.com, but you may also book the reservation directly through our member's own website or by calling them directly. In most cases, your reservation will be placed in the CellarPass Reservation system so that you get a confirmation email which includes the proper contact information and directions to the destination.
By having a CellarPass account, you can also keep track of your upcoming as well as your past reservations, so when it comes time to plan your next visit, you can review where you've been and make a reservation very quickly for tomorrow or up to a year in advance.
I didn't book with CellarPass, why did I get a confirmation letter?
Though you may not have made the reservation through the CellarPass.com website, you may have booked a reservation with a destination that uses the CellarPass reservation system to manage their appointments. By sending you a confirmation letter, the destination is letter you know that they are looking forward to your arrival and wanted you to have additional information such as their contact information, reservation details and directions to their location.
CellarPass limits their communication to you and will only send you a reminder email 48 hours ahead of your appointment or if you do not show for your reservation. We do recommend that you join us on our
FaceBook page and
mailing list as we provide a wealth of wine country information, include special deals and events that may be of interest to you.
