The morning begins with splash of rose' and a peregrine falcon staring at you as you learn about raptors in the wild: owls, hawks, falcons, their hunting skills, flying techniques, and even their role in vineyards. Then, guests are fitted to a falconry glove. A short drive leads to the top of our vineyard where hawks fly to your arm and you look down into San Francisco and the Bay. An hour later, kestrels, owls, hawks and boutique wines await you in our tasting room garden. Guests are invited to linger, taste wines, and take pictures with the birds and our falconers.
