When you arrive for your reservation, make sure your host checks you in.
To make sure that our reviews are accurate, we limit who gets invited to leave reviews. Only guests that have been verified as checked in, will receive an invitation from CellarPass to share your review. This will appear in your inbox 2 days after your check-in status has been updated.
If you haven't received the email invitation, you can also go to My Account, click Reservations and location your reservation. If there's a Write Review link you'll be able to leave a review. This also allows you to update your review in case you left a typo or something.
So if you want to make sure you get credit for completing your reservation, we recommend that you announce your arrival by saying you booked a reservation through CellarPass and want to be checked in. Without a prior reservation, you cannot leave a review on CellarPass.
