Bicycle pickup begins at 10am and bicycles must be returned by 5pm. Approximately 30 Minutes.

We have teamed up with the pros at Calistoga Bike Shop to offer bicycle rental packages. Enjoy cycling in the Napa Valley with a High Performance Road Bike Rental Package or a Cruiser Bike Rental Package. Calistoga Bike Shop will deliver custom fitted bikes to Velo Vino for you. Start your ride with an espresso and Clif Bar. A post ride Le Maillot Jaune experience awaits you upon return complete with our Clif Family Wines and signature food pairings.

We comply with the Federal laws in sending offer driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or unsubscribe by logging into your CellarPass account and update your email preferences. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our database.
All reservations must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required upon arrival. Any person visibly intoxicated person will not be allowed to attend any event and is subject to cancellation fees outlined in the destination's cancellation policy. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to attend an event until identification is produced.
Note: In the event that your credit card was charged for a ticket purchase or reservation, you must make contact the event's host directly to resolve any payments, charges, credits or disputes. Please do not contact CellarPass for a refund request as we cannot assist you.
If you need to inquire about your reservation or ticket purchase, we recommend that you log into your CellarPass account by clicking the “My Account” link located at the top of our website. In this section, you can confirm your reservation details or you can contact the destination directly as outlined in your confirmation email.
CellarPass cannot assist you with rectifying issues with your reservations.
By placing a reservation with CellarPass you are agreeing to the follow the winery or destination's own Cancellation Policy which is available on their website. If one is not immediately available, it is your responsibility to request one from the winery or destination before placing a reservation.
This cancellation policy is applicable for each individual activity, event or tour within a confirmation and are subject to change without notice. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time.
Our destinations are very busy and by making a reservation through CellarPass, you are not only letting them know you are coming, but many of them make special preparations for those who take the time to make an appointment. So it's equally important to cancel or reschedule if you cannot honor your committment as it is to make one. Since it is just as easy to reschedule or cancel as it was to make the reservation, we ask that you take the time to let them know in case your trip or schedule may change.
You may reschedule and cancel your reservation(s) online by logging into your My Account, select the Reservations tab and either click "Cancel" or "Modify" buttons. If any of the buttons are missing, your reservation will need to be cancelled by calling the winery or destination directly.
"Modify" will allow you to change your reservation if you fall within the reservation's cancellation policy. "Cancel" will allow you to complete cancellation of your reservation.
We're sorry, but CellarPass cannot assist you with rescheduling or cancellations, so if you do have additional questions or needs, please contact the winery directly. The best contact information is available on our website an in the email confirmation that you received when making the reservation.
Please do not contact CellarPass to request changes as we cannot provide any assistance with your requests.
