Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cocktail
1 oz Heritage Distilling Brown Sugar Bourbon
1 oz your favorite whiskey
2 oz pineapple juice, fresh if available
Dash of vanilla extract
Squeeze of lemon
Maraschino cherry
Pineapple wedge
In cocktail shaker filled with ice add first five ingredients and shake well. Strain into ice filled cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. You can make a batch of this cocktail in advance to serve a crowd easily. Enjoy!
