Our Founder Count Agoston Haraszthy and our Director of Winegrowing Eric Pooler, will together explain the specific 19th Century European winegrowing techniques brought by the Count to America, and how these techniques are used today.
Each of our Cave Series dinners will take place in our Main Cave, in the back of our Champagne Cellars, deep within the Mayacamas Mountains that separate Sonoma from Napa. Dinners are from 6pm to 9pm, and will feature extraordinary cuisine prepared by Chef Michel Cornu, and special Buena Vista wine. $150 per person, limited seats available. Buena Vista Wine Club members: $135 per person.
