Shelley works weekly to keep our gardens vibrant and healthy. This is a
one of a kind experience to get your hands in the dirt with Shelly and ask her all the questions you
have; why do citrus leaves turn yellow and what you can do the help them, how
do you incorporate nitrogen into the soil?
You will learn about all of this and more.
The adventure continues to our communal table where Chef Brian Green will demonstrate many dishes that you can prepare with the seasonal harvest. You will enjoy a multi course pairing, served family style, prepared with vegetables from our culinary garden. Chef Green will discuss the process he uses to plan a garden to grow foods that will pair well with our wines. He will talk about cooking techniques to get the best out of the vegetables and menu planning techniques he uses to pair this year’s harvest with our current releases.
