Please join us for an afternoon of cheese making in the Jefferson House. You will be greeted in the foyer with a glass of Chardonnay, then mingle into the dining room for a vertical of CORLEY Proprietary Red Wine, next enjoy a glass of Cabernet Franc outdoors on the terrace. Each wine station will feature a small bite designed by Sheana Davis with a unique relish custom made from each of the wines. A live cheese making demonstration will take place at 2pm in the kitchen and dining room area. Walk away with customized recipes for cheeses, sweet and savory relish, along with a special amuse-bouche from Sheana Davis of The Epicurean Connection.
General admission tickets are $45 per guest. Wine Club members receive 2 complimentary tickets, additional guests are $45 each.
