You will begin with a high energy and sweat-producing 45-min Kickboxing Class. This martial arts-based workout combines cardio fitness, speed, and power with boxing moves that challenge every muscle in your body. Followed by a 45-min focused on increased mobility, a movement-based and body weight class that works on balance, coordination, agility and functional strength. Improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.
