HOW IT WORKS
Guidelines: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, PCVA has recommended COVID safety measures at all participating wineries, including capacity restrictions to maintain adequate physical distancing and provide a VIP-type experience.
To adhere to these safety measures, experiences this year’s event are by reservation only. Guests can plan your adventure by viewing the winery offerings ahead of time, then purchasing via the Cellar Pass ticketing system and making a reservation via CellarPass for each desired timeslot /experience/location. The process is fairly streamlined, and you will be able to choose which wineries you want to visit ahead of time and will even be able to see how long it takes to travel to each destination you choose!
Food is included: Each Ticket Purchase comes with a gourmet take-along charcuterie box (1 box/person/ticket), prepared by Silver Spork Events & Catering. The approximate retail value of each box is $20 and is meant to provide event goers with a delicious and wine-appropriate snacking option throughout the day. You will pick up your box at your first winery and may eat it there or take it with you on your adventure (Just be careful not to leave it unopened or in direct sun). You may want to bring a small cooler for your box and/or wine purchases. *Vegetarian option available upon request."
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 people (no exceptions). All ticket purchases for a group are to be purchased altogether in one transaction. For example, if you are a group of four or six, you will need to designate one person to purchase the tickets for everybody in one single transaction. reservations/parties may not be combined either before the event or at winery locations the day of the event.
Each winery will have time and capacity limitations - a limited number of tables have been specially reserved at each winery for the event. Each reservation will be for a 75 minute experience and a 15-20 minute travel/transition period will exist between all reservations. Reservations will fill up quickly so you will want to book early to avoid missing out. Reservation Times are 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm.
Plan Ahead: There will be no day-of ticket sales and advanced ticket sales will end when they are sold out or on May 19th (whichever comes first). Guests will not be able to book overlapping reservations. Tip: review the winery offerings and have a good idea of your first, second and third choices when you start the ticketing process.
Designated Drivers: If you don’t plan on wine tasting during the weekend, but you’d still like to join in on the fun, purchase the Designated Driver Ticket to get your own charcuterie box to enjoy with your group.
Age Restrictions, Kids & Pets, Refunds, etc: All attendees must have a ticket to attend. Participants must be 21 or older. Be prepared to show your photo ID at all wineries you visit and please…drink responsibly. Tasting room representatives will not serve wine to anyone who appears intoxicated. We love children (especially babies), but we ask that you please do not bring them to this event. Due to the California Health Code, pets are not allowed. This, of course, does not include guide dogs with their ID.
All ticket purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.
