Are you eager for a unique food and wine experience? We are now accepting reservations for our summer Vintner Dinner Series in the new Ambassador Club Room at the Tamber Bey Winery in Calistoga.
We have partnered with Chef Nash Cognetti of Treposti to host a spectacular dinner series paired with Tamber Bey’s current release and library wines.
We will begin the evening with a wine reception out in the new courtyard adjacent to the winery. Chef Cognetti will be making his fabulous, hand-pulled fresh mozzarella “al minuto.” You will have an opportunity to meet him, watch him make this to-die-for appetizer, and of course enjoy it on crisp crostini drizzled with Napa Valley olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt. This will be paired with a choice of our new LamBentz Sauvignon Blanc, Fore Family Vineyard Rosé or our Sans Chêne Chardonnay.
As the sun sets, we will move into the newly completed Ambassador Club room and be seated for a four-course dinner paired with Tamber Bey’s current releases and library wines. Host/Vintner Barry Waitte will lead what will undoubtedly be a lively evening of food and wine.
