This was the public tour. So on our tour, there were about 40-50 people on the 2 pm tour ranging from little kids to older adults. When we arrived, there were way too many people for a good wine tour because everything to much longer. The tour was really brief and not that comprehensive. We were only taken to two spots on the tour.
Loved micheal our tour guide he was great also loved the wines that we tasted didn't stay at the bnb but would love to on my next visit
There were 5 in our group. We each had a glass of wine in the tasting room/gift shop while waiting to take the tour. We all had a terrific time.
The host was very knowledgeable and interactive with the group. Great tour
Had an amazing time. Doug was our tour guide - he was kind, knowledgeable and gave a great tour. We sat at the wine bar until the tour began. We had the Angel Reisling woth some appetizers. Wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and the wine is fabulous!!!
After googling cool things to do in College Station, Messina Hof Winery was one of the options that popped up. My husband and I made reservations for the tour and we weren’t disappointed. Our guide, Johnathan was knowledgeable and funny. Would definitely recommend.
Professional experience, wonderful food, and wine
The tasting room was marvelous. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and had a very extensive knowledge of their selections. The wine was reasonably priced and I end up going home with a few bottles every time I visit.
Jonathon did a great job!
It was ok, but the host didn't even take us out to the pond in back of the winery where the sunset would have been beautiful. It wasn't much of a tour, and the host didn't have answers to any of our questions.
