A very nice experience. The tasting room was beautiful and relaxing, staffed with friendly knowledgeable people.
Very nice environment, delicious wines, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
5/5 service, will definitely return.
We booked a charcuterie pairing through Cellar Pass. The gal in the tasting room had no idea we were coming and scrambled to get the cheese ready. She was very difficult to understand. She asked if we wanted to try a 2011Cab and then billed us an additional $20 for one pour! She did not communicate the additional cost up front. So our bill was $130 and we left with no wine!
Chris was a superb host who explained thoroughly the philosophy and style of the wines We came away more knowledgeable and impressed with the wines
We were impressed by several things: 1-Ambiance: Calm, brightly lit room, modern architecture, well laid out design 2-Encounter: Anna was warm, friendly, interactive and attentive 3-Staff knowledge regarding wine: Excellent 4-Wines: Very good
Very beautiful building and our group was provided our tasting in a private and very comfortable room of our own. Anna was informative and enthusiastic and endlessly patient with our rowdy group of 17 people all asking questions. She allowed us to take more time than we had been allotted and really enjoy. We enjoyed the wines immensely and bought amazing artisan chocolates too.
Let's start with the good. We tried the Red/Reserve tasting (don't recall their exact title) and all 3 wines were excellent. The bad: the wines are overpriced and the tasting consisted of only 3 samples, most places provide 4-5, plus they'll pour you an extra sample if they think they have you on the line to purchase.
