A crash course on how to pair food and wine.
Food and Wine can be intimidating, but it shouldn't be. In this Sunday school, we will highlight the different flavors the palate can taste: sweet, savory, salty, bitter, fatty, and umami; with six of our finest wines. We will discuss which pairings work best and why. By the end of the class, not only will you be confident in ordering a bottle for the table, you will have the knowledge and know how to put together your own food and wine pairings.
