Now every time you book a reservation and you or your Guest gets checked into CellarPass, you'll be eligible to earn reward points that can be redeemed for a CellarPass Gift Card usable at many CellarPass experiences.
The Fine Print: Reward points are only awarded once your Reservation has been marked as Checked-In. It is the Guest's responsibility to make sure that your Reservation has been marked properly. Cancellations, No Shows (or any other status) other than "Checked In" do not earn rewards points. Rewards points can take up to 48 hours to be credited to your account.
If you feel that your Reservation was not marked properly by your Host, please contact your Host directly. CellarPass Customer Service cannot assist you with resolving your dispute.
