When booking a reservation, we do our best to recognize your relationship with the property you are booking with.
You’ve been a member of the property for a long time, and we do our best to recognize the relationship in order to provide you with your benefits that are managed by the property directly. In most cases, using the same email address you use to log into the property's website will allow you to be recognized when booking, but understand that is managed in a completely different system than CellarPass and may or may not work. Some properties opt to integrate our system with their club management system, allowing them to identify their club members and honor their benefits while booking.
If you are a current club member and CellarPass doesn’t recognize you, don’t worry. Any applicable discounts or complimentary tastings will be honored upon your arrival. If your credit card was charged after you booked, this will be refunded when you arrive. Just be sure to mention this immediately upon arrival, so your host can update your records make any adjustments as needed.
