You just booked a great experience at one of our destination partners and you are wondering where your confirmation email is, right?
Our confirmation emails only take a few seconds, a minute at most to be sent to you. If you have not received your confirmation email, we recommend checking your Spam filter just in case it gets trapped. If all else fails, log into your CellarPass My Account and all your history (past and upcoming reservations) will be there to review.And better yet, you can always check our reservations through your smartphone or tablet device by going to our website 24/7.
If you don’t see the email in your normal Inbox, there’s a chance that it may be in your Junk or Spam folder. Check those folders or hop onto our Live Chat (available Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM Pacific) on our website for further assistance. If all else, please contact you host or event organizer directly.
