Locating My Ticket Purchase

So you've purchased your tickets, but can't find copies in your email, right? No problem! This article walks you through locating your ticket (or passport) purchase using your email address.

FOR UPCOMING EVENTS
Purchases for events that have not yet started will appear here.

1. Go to our website, located at https://www.cellarpass.com
2. In the top, right-hand side of our website, select Log In.
3. From the dropdown menu, select the Guest Log in option.
4. You will then be redirected to a page where you can log in.
5. Enter your email address and password.
6. Click the Sign In button.
7. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link. Follow the prompts to get access to your account.
8. Once you have successfully logged in, click the Tickets link near the middle, right-hand side.
9. By default this will show a list of all your ticket purchases, starting with upcoming events.
10. Locate the purchase you would like to view details and click the View Order button.
11. If you need to contact the event organizer hosting the event, it's best to provide them your Last Name and Order Number. Both of these will be found near the top of the order details view.

FOR EVENTS THAT HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED
For events that have already started or are in the future, they will appear here.

1. Go to our website, located at https://www.cellarpass.com

9. By default this will show a list of all your ticket purchases, starting with upcoming events.
10. Under the Purchases menu, click and select Past Events option.
11. Locate the purchase you would like to view details and click the View Order button.
12. If you need to contact the event organizer hosting the event, it's best to provide them your Last Name and Order Number. Both of these will be found near the top of the order details view.
