Fun for all levels from beginner to advanced. This yoga practice is the slow-flowing Vinyasa style of yoga and is appropriate for all levels, however, participants should be able to move up from and down to the ground comfortably. Don't forget your yoga mat! The classes will be taught by Robin Lenzi of Living Fit Yoga. Fees collected at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. Space is limited to 45.
